Master Control Operator (Broadcast Operations)

Location: Centennial, Colorado, United States; Colorado applicants only. The role is an onsite broadcast distribution position and may require an in-person interview.

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 yearly, not bonus eligible. An agency invite also lists compensation of $150,000–$185,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Maintain and manipulate on-air playlists and execute program, commercial, and marketing changes.
• Support live-event, contingency, and disaster-recovery workflows using SNELL Morpheus and Amagi.
• Monitor more than 150 channel streams and identify inconsistencies affecting availability or continuity.
• Confirm material readiness and simulate the viewer experience by checking audio, video, captioning, and picture quality.
• Respond to on-air discrepancies, coordinate recovery with Operation Supervisors, and protect broadcast reliability.
• Contribute to peer-to-peer training as a mentor and subject matter expert.

• Ability to work collaboratively with Operation Supervisors and network operations colleagues.
