Area Supervisor

Salary: $48,000–$50,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise daily operations across multiple sites and ensure compliance with procedures, schedules, quality, maintenance, and safety standards.
• Develop operating budgets, control expenses, and implement production plans.
• Monitor ongoing work, identify operational problems, and implement solutions and site policies.
• Interview, hire, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate employees.
• Manage attendance records, leave reports, uniforms, disciplinary standards, and performance processes.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns while supporting service quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of related experience and knowledge of the industry.
• Knowledge of asset management and maintenance techniques.
• Ability to manage operational employees and subcontractors.
• Strong computer, verbal communication, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Nice to have

• Bilingual Spanish skills.
