Seasonal Senior Coordinator, Studio Technical Operations (Broadcast)

Location: Inglewood, California, United States; onsite presence at an hirify.global office or stadium is required. Remote and hybrid work options are not offered. The position requires a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours. No relocation assistance is provided.

What you will do

• Provide first-line troubleshooting for control room and stage systems, including routers, intercoms, cameras, IFB and wireless microphone belt packs, lighting, replay, graphics, and audio equipment.
• Perform pre-production checks and assist with setup, strike, reconfiguration, cable management, panel configuration, and equipment swaps.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production Management, Scheduling, Facilities, and Operations to ensure spaces, crews, resources, and dependencies are ready for productions.
• Document technical faults, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, incidents, preventive-maintenance information, and operational status.
• Coordinate equipment shipping, receiving, inspection, staging, transport, storage, and logistics for studio, remote, and tentpole productions.
• Maintain asset records, procurement documentation, purchase-order tracking, SOPs, workflow guides, and operational reports using Oracle, ServiceNow, and related tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations coordination, procurement, or asset management in a broadcast, media, or technical production environment.
• Working knowledge of broadcast control room and stage systems, including routing, intercom and IFB, cameras, wireless microphones, lighting, replay, graphics, and audio.
• Ability to perform pre-production technical checks, isolate equipment faults under live production conditions, and escalate issues with clear documentation.
• Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams, with experience maintaining trackers and operational records.
• Strong organization, communication, multitasking, judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 50 lbs and support equipment setup, strike, and staging.

Nice to have

• Experience in a broadcast facility, live event, or technical operations environment.
• Experience with Evertz or Grass Valley routing, RTS or Clear-Com systems, studio cameras, EVS replay, Vizrt graphics, and digital audio consoles.
• Experience with Media Pulse, Oracle, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, or Power Automate.
• Experience coordinating logistics for remote or tentpole productions.
