Site Supervisor

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate daily activities for company and temporary employees within the assigned program.
• Train, supervise, instruct, and evaluate employees on tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct quality, service, sanitation, and OSHA-related safety inspections.
• Track equipment maintenance, repairs, supplies, inventory, attendance, training, inspections, and performance metrics.
• Prepare pass-down, weekly, and monthly reports and communicate personnel or customer issues to management.
• Correct at-risk behavior, recommend corrective actions, and help resolve operational problems.

Requirements

• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, training, coaching, problem-solving, presentation, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of database, internet, spreadsheet, and word-processing software.
• Ability to understand safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and write routine reports.
• Ability to lift or move up to 35 pounds; a valid driver's license may be required.

Nice to have

• Bilingual Spanish skills.
• Forklift certification or experience using forklifts and pallet jacks.
