What you will do

• Welcome and guide clients as they build and scale their businesses.
• Advise clients on long-term business solutions, including business credit building, trademarks, and legal packages.
• Develop tailored strategies to support client growth, financial stability, and sustainable operations.
• Build lasting client relationships and identify opportunities for clients and the business.
• Use customer feedback to improve client loyalty and satisfaction.
• Deliver high-quality customer service throughout the client journey.

Requirements

• Goal-driven mindset and passion for achieving results.
• Sales experience and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Self-starter attitude and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office, CRMs, and new tools and processes.
