What you will do

• Participate in client onboarding and NetSuite implementations within the Finance as a Service accounting outsourcing practice.
• Analyze client requirements and redesign finance processes, including chart of accounts, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report.
• Design solutions across NetSuite, BILL, Ramp, and BlackLine.
• Collaborate with project management, technology support, client accounting services, and other stakeholders.
• Provide post-implementation support and advisory services to optimize client solutions.
• Support quality control reviews and technology or process optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills across multiple clients and projects.
• Strong technology skills and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
• Commitment to continued learning in technology-enabled financial management.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

Nice to have

• NetSuite experience in an SP or BPO practice, including Oracle NetSuite implementations.
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation certification.
• Experience with BILL, Ramp, or BlackLine.
• Process analysis and business process redesign experience.
• Public accounting, consulting, professional services, outsourced accounting, or CPA experience.
