Salary: $77,700–$104,500 base pay annually

What you will do

• Deliver customized, prescriptive consulting to Financial Edge NXT customers.
• Assess customer needs and create roadmaps for adopting or expanding product functionality.
• Engage customers throughout implementation, product releases, process changes, staff onboarding, and renewal.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success Managers, and services teams to provide a cohesive customer experience.
• Help shape new success service offerings and contribute expertise to Advisory+ sales calls.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience using, supporting, or consulting on hirify.global Financial Edge, including FE7 and FENXT.
• Experience across multiple accounting areas is encouraged.
• Ability to engage key stakeholders and end users, drive organizational change, and make customer recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a portfolio of customers.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage customer deliverables with limited supervision.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
