Implementation Consultant/Project Manager

Location: Hybrid in Mountain View, California, USA; office attendance required Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work available for the remainder of the week.

Base salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year, plus bonus.

What you will do

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
• Conduct discovery sessions covering business processes, ERP environments, and accounts payable workflows.
• Document current-state processes and design future-state solutions aligned with product best practices.
• Configure hirify.global workflows while balancing customer flexibility with scalable solutions.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, shifting requirements, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate stakeholders across accounting, IT, leadership, Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in customer-facing implementation, onboarding, or professional services roles within B2B SaaS or consulting.
• Experience owning complex implementations from kickoff through go-live, including timelines, risks, dependencies, and changing requirements.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage, or similar platforms.
• Experience leading implementations with operational teams, executive stakeholders, and multiple customer groups.
• Strong project management, consultative communication, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
