Revenue Operations Specialist CX (AI SaaS)

What you will do

• Execute automation projects across Customer Experience, including onboarding, account management, support, retention, expansion, and consultancy.
• Design, build, and optimize workflows using HubSpot, Zapier, AI-powered tools, and automation platforms.
• Integrate third-party systems and ensure reliable data flow across the Revenue Operations technology stack.
• Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve scalability and resilience.
• Evaluate vendors, contribute to the tooling roadmap, and report progress and results to Directors and VPs.
• Develop CX playbooks, documentation, and scalable processes in collaboration with RevOps, Data, and Finance.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Customer Experience Operations.
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing HubSpot automations.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, webhooks, Make, or Zapier.
• Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, structured problem-solving, and a collaborative approach.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Nice to have

• Advanced knowledge of APIs, webhooks, Postman, or Make.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with frequent stakeholder context-switching.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS company and understanding of cross-functional go-to-market processes.
• Familiarity with Jira, Notion, or Asana.
• Familiarity with JavaScript or a similar scripting language for custom workflows.
