What you will do

• Build and launch Meta campaigns, including new account structures and large-scale ad uploads.
• Implement paid social strategy and optimise budgets, bidding, audiences and placements daily.
• Manage Smartly feeds, template-led creative production, bulk uploads, naming conventions and QA.
• Monitor ad policy, disapprovals and account restrictions within healthcare compliance guardrails.
• Analyse creative performance across Reels, Stories, Feed, video, static, UGC and high-fidelity assets, then turn findings into testable creative briefs.
• Run landing page tests, report on CAC, LTV and payback, and support signal-quality work including CAPI, event setup and value-based optimisation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of paid social experience, primarily hands-on with Meta Ads Manager at meaningful spend.
• Ability to build and restructure accounts and launch large ad uploads quickly and accurately.
• Strong creative judgement backed by data, including experience comparing video and static assets and UGC and high-fidelity creative.
• Experience translating creative analysis into actionable insights and running landing page or on-site tests.
• Sound analytical habits, high execution ownership and an AI-first approach to tools and automation.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in London.
