Manager, Social (Paid Social)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid, with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day client relationships for paid social activity, including status calls, performance reviews, and campaign readouts.
• Translate client objectives into paid social strategies and activation plans across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and X.
• Manage campaign setup, activation, optimisation, budgets, pacing, testing, and KPI delivery.
• Analyse campaign data, oversee performance reporting, and present insights and recommendations to clients.
• Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, financial reconciliation, and campaign governance.
• Line-manage and mentor junior team members while collaborating with planning, creative, data, and analytics teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns in an agency or performance marketing environment.
• Hands-on expertise with major paid social platforms, particularly Meta and TikTok.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics, optimisation levers, and testing frameworks.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and budgets effectively.
• Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience line-managing or mentoring junior team members.
• Meta, TikTok, or other platform certifications.
• Experience with large or complex client accounts.
