Talent Partner (AI Legaltech)

Location: New York City, United States; on-site at the Union Square office

Salary: $170,000–$205,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment for marketing teams, from defining role scope and success profiles to closing offers.
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers on hiring strategy, team composition, and organizational growth.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for current and future marketing hiring needs.
• Design and improve talent acquisition processes, programs, tooling, and broader People initiatives.
• Run structured, data-informed hiring processes that balance quality, pace, and consistency.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience and represent Legora throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in a high-growth company, startup, scaleup, or VC-backed business.
• Meaningful experience hiring sales, go-to-market, and high-performing marketing talent.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies and build teams.
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches without compromising quality or pace.
• Comfort working in ambiguity, creating structure, and making decisions independently.
• Strong collaboration, direct communication, and ability to challenge senior stakeholders when needed.
