Location: Onsite in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY, United States

Annual salary: $220,000–$275,000 USD, depending on background, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Own recruiting across business functions from role intake and sourcing through offers and acceptance.
• Partner with functional leaders to clarify immediate hiring needs, longer-term organizational needs, role scope, candidate profiles, and assessment criteria.
• Build targeted candidate pipelines through market mapping, direct outreach, referrals, and professional communities.
• Assess functional experience, judgment, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate hiring teams, maintain timely feedback and decisions, and guide candidates through compensation conversations and closing.
• Turn search insights into repeatable recruiting practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience across multiple business or corporate functions.
• Successful experience managing both specialized searches and broader hiring needs.
• Ability to learn a function quickly and understand what distinguishes strong performance within it.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders, including advising on role scope and candidate evaluation.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Discretion with confidential information and ability to prioritize as business needs change.
