Product Management Recruiter (AI)

Location: Based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY; onsite.

Annual salary: $200,000–$275,000 USD, depending on background, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Own recruiting for product management roles from individual contributors through product leaders.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role scope, expected impact, and essential capabilities.
• Develop sourcing strategies across AI products, developer platforms, enterprise software, and consumer experiences.
• Conduct initial conversations assessing product judgment, customer understanding, technical fluency, collaboration, contributions, decisions, and results.
• Design interviews, build accurate role narratives, and tailor candidate conversations.
• Manage candidate relationships, offers, closing plans, market insights, and pipeline trends while aligning hiring teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, including direct ownership of product management searches.
• Record of hiring strong product managers across different levels or product areas.
• Understanding of how product roles vary across platforms, consumer products, and enterprise businesses.
• Ability to distinguish individual contributions from team outcomes and communicate candidate strengths clearly.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on role definition, assessment, and closing.
• Strong written communication, organization, and candidate relationship skills.
