What you will do

• Manage multiple client-facing technology consulting projects and provide technology leadership.
• Coordinate onshore, offshore, and global teams delivering BI reporting, analytics, AI, digital, big data, cloud, and MDM solutions.
• Understand client business challenges, provide thought leadership, and develop scalable technical designs.
• Apply consulting methodologies and Agile delivery practices while managing project risks, capacity, estimates, and status reporting.
• Build client relationships, present recommendations, and identify opportunities for additional work.
• Track technology and domain trends to develop innovative solutions and intellectual capital.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, MIS, IT, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of hands-on IT services or consulting experience leading medium- to large-scale technology solution delivery engagements.
• Experience with pharma transformation programs, big data, cloud technologies, project management, and team leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and virtual global teams while communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel to global offices as needed.
• Client-first mentality, collaboration, and strong problem-solving skills.
