Test Engineer (UPS)

What you will do

• Support testing and verification activities for hirify.global Smart Power UPS products.
• Test and verify low- and medium-complexity systems, subsystems, and products.
• Define troubleshooting procedures and level-two troubleshooting for new events not covered by existing procedures.
• Maintain, modify, and optimize mass-production test instructions in consultation with the R&D Engineer.
• Provide technical support during installation of test objects in the test area.
• Assist the Production Supervisor with defining and maintaining the test-operator skill matrix.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with UPS products, service technician work, engineering, testing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of engineering techniques, processes, and tools, including measurements with power meters and oscilloscopes.
• Degree in electrical engineering, electronic engineering, or a similar field.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong commitment to safe work practices and workplace safety guidelines.
• Self-motivation, curiosity, willingness to learn, and a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
