Tender Engineer Electrical & Control (Waste-to-Energy)

What you will do

• Develop conceptual designs, system sizing, single-line diagrams, electrical operating concepts, and power system descriptions for plant electrical scopes.
• Define automation concepts and distributed control systems for international Waste-to-Energy EPC projects.
• Coordinate interfaces across process, layout, structures, civil, construction, procurement, and logistics disciplines.
• Review contract specifications, assess project risks and opportunities, and support technical clarifications and negotiations.
• Prepare EIC cost estimates, requests for quotation, supplier offer analyses, tender documentation, bills of quantities, and contractual deviation lists.
• Ensure smooth handover of successful tenders and improve tendering tools, templates, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in an international EPC environment, preferably in energy, environmental technology, oil and gas, or a similar industry.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in project execution and/or tendering, with a strong understanding of technical cost drivers.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills, with an autonomous, proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach.
• Fluent English is required.
