Maintenance Engineer - Metrology • 80-100%

Location: Stäfa, Switzerland. The role is based around semiconductor metrology and production equipment; flexible working hours and possible home working may depend on the specific duties.

What you will do

• Maintain and troubleshoot semiconductor metrology equipment to ensure accuracy and uptime.
• Create maintenance reports and procedures, and analyze equipment data.
• Develop proactive maintenance strategies to improve reliability and maximize uptime.
• Support total productive maintenance programs that improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Technical vocational training at EFZ level or equivalent; technician education is advantageous.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a reflective and structured approach.
• Fluent English or German is required.
• Previous experience with semiconductor metrology equipment is a strong advantage.
