Staff Test Engineer (Mixed-Signal/RF)

hirify.global is hiring for semiconductor test engineering work focused on mixed-signal and RF products.

What you will do

• Lead test development for mixed-signal and RF products from early silicon validation through high-volume production.
• Drive analog and digital DFT techniques into new designs through participation in product design meetings.
• Develop software and hardware test solutions at package and wafer level on the Advantest V93000 platform.
• Evaluate new designs using ATE test results and collaborate with product engineering on characterization.
• Develop reliability screening solutions for product qualification and support life testing.
• Deploy test solutions to offshore OSATs, support production ramp-up, and improve test time and yield.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in ATE semiconductor testing.
• Experience testing high-speed mixed-signal ICs.
• Experience bringing up and supporting test solutions in offshore locations.
• Knowledge of high-speed PCB design concepts and schematic-level hardware design.
• Ability to coordinate across design, product, characterization, validation, applications, and marketing functions while managing multiple projects.
