NPD Intern (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Support the NPD Supply team in improving processes and increasing productivity and agility.
• Use SAP and JDA planning systems and contribute to PSI understanding.
• Deliver NPD Supply KPIs and drive improvements across owned processes.
• Build a database of material production steps, including constraints, capacity, and bottlenecks.
• Assess supplier capacity, business continuity plans, and volume upside and downside scenarios.
• Share recommendations and risks related to inventory parameters, seasonality, technical MOQs, and excess-and-obsolete exposure.

Requirements

• Ongoing bachelor's or master's studies, preferably in engineering, physics, supply chain, or another technical field.
• Strong prioritization, organization, analytical, and technical skills.
• Interest in developing tools to automate processes.
• Collaboration, negotiation, and communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ownership, accountability, and motivation to implement changes and challenge existing processes and systems.
