Warehouse Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and other warehouse processes.
• Lead, hire, train, schedule, and manage the performance of warehouse staff.
• Monitor fulfillment, inventory accuracy, shipping-time, and other operational KPIs, then implement corrective actions.
• Maintain safety protocols, regulatory compliance, equipment, and warehouse technology.
• Manage the warehouse budget, allocate resources, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, sales, and other departments to support supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive warehouse management experience, preferably in e-commerce or high-volume distribution.
• Experience managing large teams and complex warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control principles.
• Leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and knowledge of warehouse safety regulations.
