What you will do
- Develop strategies for service provider selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management.
- Negotiate and manage service level agreements and contracts with third-party providers.
- Monitor provider performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct business reviews, resolve escalated issues, and build collaborative provider relationships.
- Identify service provider risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage provider-related budgets and identify cost optimization opportunities while collaborating with procurement, operations, and legal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in service provider management, vendor management, or procurement, preferably in e-commerce or logistics.
- Experience managing complex third-party provider relationships.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English required; Mandarin Chinese is a significant plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; service management software experience is desirable.
