What you will do

• Develop and maintain scheduling plans for inbound, outbound, sorting, and last-mile delivery operations.
• Analyze operational data, forecasts, and capacity constraints to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate schedules with logistics managers, warehouse supervisors, and transportation teams.
• Use scheduling tools to create, monitor, and adjust schedules in real time.
• Track scheduling KPIs, including on-time performance, resource utilization, and cost efficiency.
• Prepare performance reports, recommend process improvements, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations scheduling, logistics planning, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and advanced Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and transportation management systems is beneficial.
• Fluent English is required; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
