Tooling Center Coordinator (Wind Energy)

What you will do

• Coordinate the preparation, packing, and safe dispatch of tooling sets for field operations.
• Travel to job sites and oversee the safe and compliant use of tools by technicians.
• Track tool movements using SAP, TCTP, and Excel.
• Manage on-site tool check-in and check-out processes and inspect returned tools.
• Identify discrepancies, prepare reports, and support inventory planning.
• Ensure tools follow maintenance, calibration, and certification schedules.

Requirements

• Experience in tool management and field operations.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance practices.
• Proficiency in SAP, TCTP, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely and perform warehouse material-handling tasks.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with technicians and stakeholders.
