Specialist, Catalog Operations EMEA

What you will do

• Review and validate product data from automation, merchants, and external vendors before publication.
• Maintain catalog quality, compliance, attribute standards, and deduplication, including resolving duplicate GTINs and migrating data into the Unified Catalog.
• Create and enrich entries for unlisted products using merchant input, vendor data, and AI-generated suggestions.
• Curate golden datasets, audit automation outputs, and identify linguistic or structural issues affecting AI and automation accuracy.
• Support local Sales and Merchant Operations with catalog updates, onboarding, and catalog-related expertise.
• Provide feedback to global teams and participate in process pilots, tool launches, and content governance reviews.

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish and English are required.
• At least 3 years of experience in catalog or content management, product data QA, or a similar field.
• Strong proficiency in structured data management and a quality-first approach.
• Experience working with large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI or machine learning models, QA workflows, or automation processes.
• Initial project management experience.
