Data Analytics Intern (AI)

Location: Bordeaux, France; on-site role with a hybrid work environment including two remote days per week.

Salary: €1,100–€1,300 per month, depending on study level.

What you will do

• Support operations for the Customer Care, Shipping, and Seller Quality teams through data analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and optimize shipping performance.
• Conduct focused analyses and prepare reports tracking Contact Rate, On-Time Delivery, and Customer Satisfaction.
• Maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting tools using SQL, Tableau, and Google Sheets.
• Contribute to the data model and enable greater self-service analytics for stakeholders.
• Develop the use of LLMs and AI to capture customer feedback and improve customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or STEM with a specialization in data and analytics, or equivalent.
• Strong skills in data analytics, visualization, and modeling, including SQL and Google Sheets.
• Good statistical and technical skills combined with business acumen.
• Ability to communicate analysis clearly to non-technical audiences and work autonomously.
• Fluent English required; French is a plus.
• A current French university must be able to provide an internship agreement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau or dbt.
• French-language skills.
