Associate Program Manager

What you will do

• Coordinate daily operations for programs delivered by offshore BPO teams, including check-ins, quality reviews, and capacity tracking.
• Manage request intake, prioritization, stakeholder expectations, and delivery against SLAs.
• Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, training materials, KPI dashboards, weekly recaps, and monthly reports.
• Investigate quality issues, escalations, and rework, then drive corrective actions with system owners and partner teams.
• Identify automation and process improvements that reduce manual effort and operating costs.
• Support partner and team onboarding, program launches, Senior Program Managers, quarterly OKR planning, and annual budget inputs.

Requirements

• Ability to work Mountain Time hours.
• 1–2 years of program, project, or operations management experience.
• At least 1 year of project and process implementation experience.
• Experience with Salesforce, Excel, Notion, Asana, and Slack.
• Strong written communication, especially for procedures and operational documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent work experience, with strong initiative and cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating vendors or outsourced teams.
• Exposure to Tableau or Snowflake.
