Program Manager (Enterprise AI)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States; onsite role supporting the Seattle office and local ecosystem.

What you will do

• Design and run 3–6 month accelerator programs for high-potential startups in enterprise AI and healthcare.
• Lead project management for the Seattle office, coordinating stakeholders, initiatives, timelines, and milestones.
• Build relationships with startups, mentors, venture capital firms, service providers, and corporate partners.
• Organize mentor sessions, workshops, office hours, networking events, community events, and deal-flow activities in virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats.
• Represent the Seattle office at regional startup events and support the development of the local technology ecosystem.
• Coordinate newsletters, social media updates, event materials, promotional supplies, budgets, and program evaluation reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong organizational, process, analytical, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and public speaking abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Passion for early-stage venture capital, startups, and entrepreneurship, with an understanding of emerging technologies.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
