Salary: $93,100–$232,800 annualized base pay

What you will do

• Lead clinical delivery for assigned studies in line with contracts, protocols, SOPs, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage recruitment targets, clinical risks, quality standards, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee clinical project finances, including estimates at completion, scope changes, and additional service opportunities.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and report on project milestones and delivery requirements.
• Resource, guide, train, and support the professional development of clinical project teams.
• Contribute to clinical delivery strategies, proposals, bid defenses, and large global trial execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or another scientific discipline.
• At least 5 years of clinical research or monitoring experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Knowledge of project management practices, clinical trial conduct, GCP, ICH guidelines, and relevant local regulations.
• Broad protocol and therapeutic knowledge, with an understanding of the clinical research industry and project finances.
• Good command of English, strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Leadership, mentoring, negotiation, collaboration, Microsoft Office, and the ability to work across geographies and cultures.
