Manager, Site Engagement & Feasibility (Clinical Research)

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States; 70% in-office work model

Salary: $109,200–$174,600 per year, plus potential bonus, incentive compensation, or equity.

What you will do

• Lead feasibility and site engagement strategies for assigned clinical studies.
• Act as the primary liaison for partner sites and investigators, managing study-specific communications, training materials, and engagement activities.
• Lead site feasibility assessments and support country and site selection decisions.
• Oversee feasibility questionnaires, internal and external data collection, and startup readiness metrics.
• Monitor vendor delivery and site performance, escalating risks and supporting corrective action planning.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve trial planning, site operations, and investigator relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; an advanced health-related degree is preferred.
• At least 6 years of clinical research experience focused on site feasibility, site engagement, or study startup.
• Experience managing projects and vendors in a clinical research environment.
• Experience interpreting historical data, site metrics, and enrollment projections.
• Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
• Must qualify as a U.S. person under U.S. export control laws; non-U.S. persons are not eligible and visa sponsorship is unavailable.
