Remote Senior EPIC Configuration Analyst (Grand Central or Prelude)

Location: Remote within the United States, except California, Illinois, North Dakota, New York, Ohio, Washington, and Wyoming. Applicants within 60 miles of Albuquerque must work in the office every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Salary: $81,432–$138,611.20 annually

What you will do

• Analyze Epic workflows, data, integrations, and technical issues.
• Design, build, test, maintain, and modify Epic records, tables, and master files.
• Provide tier-2 application support, including 24/7 on-call coverage as required.
• Develop requirements, specifications, test cases, and workflow solutions for enhancements, upgrades, and projects.
• Collaborate with Epic, subject-matter experts, end users, trainers, and cross-functional teams.
• Lead meetings, support change management, identify process improvements, and mentor colleagues.

Requirements

• Grand Central or Prelude Epic certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree plus two years of IT or business experience; six additional years of experience may substitute for the degree.
• At least two years of Epic-specific experience.
• Epic certification for the supported application, plus related proficiency, certification, or badges.
• Advanced knowledge of the supported application and understanding of clinical, revenue-cycle, and integrated workflows.
• Remote work is limited to the United States and excludes California, Illinois, North Dakota, New York, Ohio, Washington, and Wyoming.
