Manager, Value Analysis (Healthcare)

Location: Remote; travel 21–40% within the US

Salary: $90,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead system-wide, physician-led Value Analysis processes across the clinical spend landscape.
• Build stakeholder relationships and collaborate with C-suite leaders, clinical stakeholders, buyers, analysts, and Value Analysis teams.
• Review spend, ERP, product, and clinical data to identify cost, quality, utilization, and waste-reduction opportunities.
• Coordinate new product reviews, product trials, evaluations, clinical cross-matches, and consensus-building activities.
• Prepare committee meetings, agendas, data presentations, and project plans.
• Communicate Value Analysis activities, outcomes, and decisions across the enterprise while negotiating with vendors.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of applicable professional experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to analyze healthcare processes, data, and clinical spend using Excel.
• Ability to create presentations, manage projects, make independent decisions, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods and work collaboratively in a business environment.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of combined clinical experience in a procedural or critical care hospital setting.
• Direct Value Analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• CVAHP certification, or willingness to attain it within two years of hire.
