Senior Provider Engagement Network Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within New Jersey; candidates must reside in New Jersey

Salary: $56,200–$101,000 per year

What you will do

• Maintain accurate provider information for state reporting, claims payment, and provider directories.
• Manage contractual provider relationships and act as the primary liaison between assigned providers and the health plan.
• Serve as an account manager and coordinate provider-related interactions with internal departments.
• Research, analyze, and resolve complex issues involving contract loading, financial responsibility, contract rates, appeals, grievances, eligibility, claims, and provider data.
• Provide training, education, and issue-resolution support to physicians, provider groups, ancillary providers, and external provider representatives.
• Act as the department subject matter expert for provider network operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of provider services experience.
• Experience in a managed healthcare environment, including exposure to provider contracting, benefits interpretation, and provider relations operations.
• Must reside in New Jersey.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
