Luxury Sales Associate (Design Consultant)

Location: West Palm Beach, Florida, United States; physical retail in-store

Salary: $24.00–$25.50 per hour, plus commission structure

What you will do

• Provide an authentic, inviting luxury guest experience focused on customer satisfaction and design.
• Build personalized customer relationships, identify needs, recommend products, and drive sales.
• Develop expertise in Perigold products and services, supporting purchases through point-of-sale systems, online tools, and the store app.
• Collaborate with the Design team by generating and referring leads and supporting product inquiries.
• Support store operations, including product processing, floor sets, replenishment, substitutions, and general upkeep.
• Adapt to changing products, promotions, and operational requirements while contributing ideas to improve team operations.

Requirements

• Retail sales experience; design-related or luxury sales experience is advantageous.
• Availability for mornings, nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• High proficiency in verbal and written communication, multitasking, and presentation skills.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong time management skills and a professional, positive attitude.
• Ability to work in an in-store retail environment and meet physical demands including standing, moving, handling, lifting, stooping, kneeling, and repetitive motions.
