Supervisor (Retail)

Salary: £31,200–£34,000 base pay per year

What you will do

• Lead the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Represent Coach values and support brand awareness and company initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, and high-level team training.
• Provide feedback, coaching, HR support, and conflict resolution while holding the team accountable for business goals.
• Enforce company policies, store procedures, and operational standards.

Requirements

• 1+ years of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry products, cartons, props, or fixtures up to 50 pounds.
• Experience supporting customer-focused teams and achieving store goals or KPIs.
