What you will do

• Support the Slots Director with casino grand-opening initiatives, including hiring, training, and developing procedures.
• Execute strategies to improve guest service, customer satisfaction, and employee experience.
• Evaluate staffing and scheduling to meet operational demands.
• Apply Lean principles, visual management, countermeasures, and kaizen activities to improve quality and service.
• Coordinate with surveillance and other departments to protect assets and maintain effective slot operations.
• Lead, coach, evaluate, and develop assigned personnel while enforcing departmental procedures and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, or 3–5 years of equivalent training and experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in casino or gaming operations.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a casino environment.
• Strong managerial, coaching, leadership, gaming, and administrative skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, computer, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a Gaming Occupational License within the State of Ohio.
