Technical Compliance Analyst (Gaming)

What you will do

• Communicate regulatory notifications and technical bulletins, and prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor changes in gaming laws, regulations, and legislative requirements across gaming jurisdictions.
• Assess and test new and existing products, including slot machines, peripherals, progressives, and slot systems, for regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate studios, collaborators, regulatory agencies, and test laboratories on product specifications and technical discussions.
• Resolve regulator and test-lab issues, prepare technical documents and white papers, and lead regulated field trials from pre-installation through completion.
• Develop compliance policies, maintain the jurisdictional matrix, identify and mitigate risks, and safeguard game integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of product testing and quality experience in an engineering environment.
• Experience with slot machines, peripherals, progressives, and slot systems.
• Ability to interpret gaming regulations for systems and gaming machines.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, negotiation, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English is required.
