Field Claim Representative

Location: Virtual Ohio; field-based work requires local and overnight travel to claim sites.

What you will do

• Conduct and manage on-site property claim inventory assignments according to established field inventory and safety procedures.
• Meet with insured individuals, policyholder contacts, adjusters, public adjusters, and restoration companies at claim sites.
• Complete property walkthroughs, brief insured interviews, room photography, and full total-loss contents inventories.
• Coordinate assignments with the Scheduling team and communicate operational issues or improvements to Field and Service Managers.
• Build positive customer relationships and support business development, retention, and repeat service use.
• Complete reports and administrative work within 24 hours after inventory capture.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, project management, organization, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently without direct on-site supervision and contribute in a team environment.
• Ability to travel daily, including local and overnight travel, to claim sites within the assigned geographic area.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle available for work use.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds without physical restrictions.

Nice to have

• Property and casualty claims experience.
• Restoration industry experience.
