Customer Service Representative - Work From Home, AZ Only (Transportation)

Location: Remote, Arizona only; applicants must live in Arizona. Required start date: October 27, 2026.

Salary: $15.15 per hour.

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for members with transportation questions and concerns.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel transportation reservations.
• Collect and document customer complaints, trip details, and other relevant information accurately.
• Refer unresolved grievances to the appropriate departments for investigation and resolution.
• Support a 24/7/365 contact center, including required coverage on nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Attend required meetings, follow company procedures, and maintain professional service standards.

Requirements

• Must live in Arizona.
• High school diploma preferred.
• 0–2 years of contact center or customer service experience in a high-volume environment, with data entry experience preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to learn new technology quickly and follow complex instructions.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
