Fleet Operations Manager (Automotive)

Salary: $71,000–$75,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own the preventive maintenance schedule for the assigned market.
• Coordinate repairs and track vehicles until they return to service.
• Manage repair shops and vendors from scheduling through invoice review.
• Direct the day-to-day work of the Fleet Specialist team.
• Track vehicle downtime and maintenance costs while keeping records and inspections current.
• Remove unsafe vehicles from service and escalate safety issues immediately.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in fleet operations, automotive maintenance, or vehicle maintenance.
• Working knowledge of vehicle systems and experience managing vendors.
• Experience with fleet software such as Fleetio, Samsara, or ServiceUp.
• Availability for a 24-hour operation, including some nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
