Finishing Operator - 3rd Shift

Location: 206 E Division St, Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, USA; onsite, 3rd shift from Sunday through Thursday, 11:45 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Starting pay: $25.09 per hour plus a $2 per hour shift differential

What you will do

• Set up, change over, and operate finishing machines according to product specifications.
• Run production orders and perform continuous inspections of finished goods.
• Monitor tolerances, troubleshoot equipment issues, and investigate root causes to reduce downtime.
• Operate a tow motor or forklift to move packaging and finishing supplies.
• Record operating metrics in MFG Pro, complete 5S audits, and participate in process-improvement problem solving.
• Communicate across shifts and support peer training.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or at least 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Mechanical aptitude, ability to read specifications, and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Computer literacy; MFG Pro transaction experience is preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality standards, and collaboration.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime as needed.
• Successful completion of a post-offer background check and drug screening is required.
