Salary: $117,600–$206,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Define and drive the enterprise strategy for AI adoption, experience, and enablement.
• Build scalable frameworks for AI training, certification, communities of practice, and champion networks.
• Develop a persona-based AI solutioning model covering use-case intake, prioritization, and enterprise scaling.
• Create measurement frameworks for adoption, engagement, productivity outcomes, and business value.
• Establish governance models for AI tools and use-case lifecycle management.
• Partner with technology, learning, communications, and change-management leaders while influencing senior stakeholders and leading up to two direct reports.

Requirements

• 7 or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading enterprise adoption, enablement, change management, AI transformation, digital transformation, or business technology initiatives.
• Experience building scalable frameworks, operating models, and engagement strategies in complex organizations.
• Experience partnering with senior business, technology, product, learning, communications, and change-management stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs, personas, and use cases into practical AI enablement strategies.
• Strong executive communication, storytelling, stakeholder influence, strategic recommendation, and success-measurement skills.
