ED Technician - ER - Full Time - Days

Location: Manchester, NH, United States. Onsite day shift, 7:00am–7:30pm, every other weekend, 36 hours per week.

What you will do

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, personal care, emotional support, and basic clinical needs.
• Observe and report symptoms, deviations from normal, and changes in patient condition to the RN.
• Provide basic support to patients and families in the Emergency Department.
• Perform unit clerical duties, including filing, transcribing, charting, receiving visitors, and answering phones.
• Communicate questions and concerns to the Emergency Department Lead Technician or ED leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of Licensed Nursing Assistant experience.
• Current New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant licensure is required.
• BLS qualification must be obtained during orientation and maintained throughout employment.
• CPI Foundation and CPI Advanced certifications are required within six months of hire.
• Phlebotomy certification is required within one year of hire.
