Location: 25 N. Winfield Rd., Winfield, Illinois, United States; full-time night shift

Salary: $18.33–$24.75 per hour

What you will do

• Perform basic nursing care activities under the supervision of an RN.
• Monitor vital signs, measure blood glucose, and record intake and output.
• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, eating, and other activities of daily living.
• Report abnormal findings and changes in patients’ physical, mental, and emotional conditions.
• Support room cleanliness, answer calls and call lights, and communicate information to patients, families, and staff.
• Coordinate unit workflow, admissions, discharges, and census information as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of one clinical rotation by a nursing student, or certification as a Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, or Emergency Medical Technician.
• Current CPR Basic Life Support certification.
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility, organization, multitasking, critical thinking, and prioritization in stressful situations.

Nice to have

• Phlebotomy experience.
• Graduation from an accredited Nursing Assistant program or phlebotomy course.
