What you will do

• Support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and analyze data to improve reliability, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in equipment installations, qualifications, upgrades, and manufacturing readiness activities.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Facilities, Process Engineering, Quality, and supplier teams to resolve technical issues.
• Develop equipment documentation and support projects focused on safety, uptime, cycle time, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Graduating with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related equipment-focused engineering field.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 and good academic standing.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Essex Junction, Vermont, USA.
• English fluency required for written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and present technical data and support safety and operational requirements.

Nice to have

• Related internship or co-op experience.
• Leadership experience in the workplace, academic projects, or competitions.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, automation, or manufacturing systems.
• Familiarity with data analysis, structured problem-solving, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement methods.
