Manager (Scholarship & Internship Centre)

Location: Singapore, Singapore; on-site. Only Singapore Citizens will be considered.

hirify.global is an agency under Singapore's Ministry of Defence that manages scholarship and internship programmes to develop young talent.

What you will do

• Oversee the undergraduate scholarship lifecycle, including award administration, scholar management, development initiatives, counselling, and deployment.
• Lead end-to-end internship programme management, including strategy, budgeting, recruitment, selection, onboarding, project curation, stipends, and logistics.
• Track scholar and intern progress, programme KPIs, survey results, outcomes, and people analytics.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a collaborative team while managing workload, priorities, performance, and delivery deadlines.
• Review and streamline policies, processes, and systems to improve programme delivery and participant experience.
• Prepare data-driven reports and updates for senior management and engage with institutes, government agencies, internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external partners.

Requirements

• Degree or background in any discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in scholarship, talent, or programme management, preferably including people management or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end programme lifecycles from recruitment through development and deployment.
• Strong stakeholder management, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; dashboard-building experience is advantageous.
• Singapore Citizenship is required.
