Buyer Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Onsite in Blaine, Minnesota, United States, five days per week at the Blaine facility

Salary: $62,900–$116,900 base pay annually, depending on qualifications and work location.

What you will do

• Analyze spend, supply markets, ihirify.globalory levels, stock positions, demand signals, and supply risks.
• Place purchase orders for raw material components and manage open order dates and vendor on-time delivery.
• Support material cost reduction projects and align replenishment strategies with Strategic Sourcing.
• Maintain purchasing processes, system data integrity, and supply management software expertise.
• Share material availability updates with Production Planning, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with suppliers, Quality teams, and Strategic Sourcing on vendor development, business reviews, and return material authorizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP and MRP systems.
• Experience using data and analytics to support decisions and forecast requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week at the Blaine facility.
