Logistics Deviation Specialist - 12 Months Contract (Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage logistics extra-cost claims, including cost verification, documentation, and cost-code usage.
• Lead fact-based discussions, analyze data, and prepare reports for decision-making.
• Authorize payments to Transport Service Providers and ensure complete case documentation.
• Monitor and follow up on extra-cost levels across carriers, business units, and distribution centers.
• Identify improvement opportunities, track cost trends, and develop action plans with internal stakeholders.
• Build relationships with Transport Service Providers and contribute to smarter supply-chain ways of working.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across countries and cultures.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
