TL;DR
Senior Program Manager (Cyber Resiliency) (DoD/Cybersecurity): Supporting the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems through program analysis, acquisition planning, cybersecurity risk management, and strategic executive briefings with an accent on weapon systems acquisition, cyber vulnerability mitigation, and cost, schedule, and performance control. Focus on integrating cybersecurity requirements into acquisition schedules, developing cyber resiliency strategies and reports, and coordinating complex reviews across Air Force stakeholders.

Location: On-site at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, United States

What you will do

  • Support the Cyber Resiliency Office for Weapon Systems (CROWS) with program and project planning, analysis, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Coordinate working groups, leadership meetings, program management reviews, command-level presentations, and strategic briefings.
  • Integrate cybersecurity requirements into acquisition program schedules, milestones, action plans, budgets, and implementation plans.
  • Monitor team performance, prioritize actions, and coordinate with CROWS teams, program offices, cyber focus teams, and senior Air Force stakeholders.
  • Develop cyber resiliency reports, vulnerability and risk assessments, policies, standard operating procedures, data strategies, and lessons-learned repositories.
  • Support administrative and operational activities, including meeting coordination, telecommunications, calendar management, travel arrangements, and office administration.

Requirements

  • Active or current Top Secret security clearance with TS/SCI eligibility, verifiable in DISS.
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree with 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in the DoW/DoD; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience, including 5 years in the DoW/DoD; or 15 years of directly related experience with required certifications, including 8 years in the DoD.
  • Project management certification or training, such as ITIL, PMP, or equivalent.
  • USAF, Space Force, or DAF weapon systems acquisition or logistics experience.
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition and procurement life cycles, cybersecurity principles, cyber threats, vulnerabilities, risk assessment, and risk management.
  • Experience preparing senior executive briefings and understanding software security, usability, operational impacts, and system life-cycle management.
