Senior Manager, Data, Analytics, & AI

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; travel as client needs require.

Base pay range: $152,000–$190,000 per year, plus incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead client delivery teams executing technology transformation programs and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Advise clients on IT strategy, operating models, and modernization roadmaps across infrastructure, applications, and digital platforms.
• Oversee cloud migration, technology rationalization, data platform modernization, advanced analytics, and AI enablement programs.
• Build senior-level client relationships and partner with account teams to expand the Data, Analytics & AI practice.
• Develop thought leadership, methodologies, internal capabilities, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Mentor consulting team members and foster collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in consulting and/or senior roles in financial services or technology-enabled environments.
• Experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, IT operations, cloud, data platform modernization, advanced analytics, and AI enablement.
• Track record of leading complex, multi-workstream engagements and delivering client impact across geographies.
• Ability to engage senior executives and explain technology concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing large, distributed teams and knowledge of financial services technology domains, including capital markets, banking, and payments.
